1. To help the Filipino realize the greatness of his culture and contribute
to the goals of good governance, eradicate poverty, save the environment and
build a just and sustainable society.

2. To promote an integrated strategy for livelihood, entrepreneurship,
education, health environment, cultural development, and self-government,
focusing on the ordinary Filipino people and their rapid urbanizing
communities;

3. To establish pilot projects for experimentation and demonstration of such
integrated programs;

4. To hold training programs, workshops and seminars, symposia, as well as
research and development projects in pursuit of educational and scientific
advancement;

5. To establish, develop, promote and coordinate in the exchange of
knowledge, technology and skills among institutions, organizations and
individuals.

6. To receive gifts and grants of money and property of every kind and to
administer the same charitable, educational, civic, and philanthropic uses
and to do everything necessary for the accomplishment of these purposes;

7. To publish, print, disseminate, and spread educational and informational
materials, books, magazines, websites, and all other forms of mass media for
the promotion of the corporation's goals;

8. To train people at all levels on the skills needed for self-sufficiency,
good governance, and upright citizenship.

9. To offer the nation, including members of the civic bodies, the churches,
the teachers, the students of the universities, colleges, high schools and
elementary schools and other forms of education including distance education
an opportunity to participate actively in the program of national
reconstruction;

10. To mobilize all possible resources, human and material, national and
international, public and private, to carry out the programs of national
reconstruction.

11. To organize, a nationwide movement for recognizing the greatness of the
Filipino spirit and nation, composed of community, organizations and
cooperatives, farmers, fishers, indigenous people, women, youth,
professionals, overseas workers, and other sectors.

12. To engage in income generating activities for the purpose of sustaining
the development programs and projects that may be undertaken by the
corporation and to lend available funds to its members.

13. To receive, take title to, hold, and use the proceeds and income of
stocks, bonds, obligations, or other securities of any corporation but only
for the foregoing purposes.

14. To advocate and work for the overall socio-economic development of the
Philippines by undertaking activities geared towards the ultimate
empowerment of the ordinary Filipino worker.
